Investors may purchase shares of a Portfolio from the Funds' transfer agent or from other selected securities brokers or dealers such as Charles Schwab OneSource®, FidelityFundsNetwork®, TD Ameritrade® or intermediaries that have an agreement with the Funds or the Advisor. Schwab, Fidelity and TD Ameritrade's initial minimum investments are $3,000.

U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin acts as transfer and shareholder service agent for the Portfolios. An investor may purchase shares by sending a check payable to Smead Value Fund, together with a Regular Account Application, IRA Account Application or Coverdell Education Savings Account, to:
